Q: I have applied for a loyalty card but haven’t yet received it?
A: Have you clicked the activation link sent to your email?  This does need to be clicked to process the card as you need to agree to the terms and conditions provided.

 

Q:  I can’t access my password online and when I click the password reminder the below message is appearing:
Hello ……. You requested a password reminder, here it is…
This is blank what does it mean?
A:  If you didn’t apply online then a password wouldn’t have never been created for you. Please email loyalty@randalls.je and ask for a password to be created for you from the email address you would like registered to your account.

 

Q:  I’m trying to register for a Randalls card but can’t seem to sign up as it says I’ve been unsubscribed?
A: This means that your email address has already been used at some point to apply for a Randalls card.  Please contact us with your details and we will look into it for you.
